Overview

Coastal Creativity is a sole-trader handcraft business selling coastal-inspired jewellery, textiles, and maps. The brief was a calmer, faster site the owner could update herself, moved off a closed platform without losing search visibility.

I handled the full migration — DNS, hosting, and a WordPress build with ACF-driven content so every section is editable, plus lazy loading, cookie/GDPR compliance, and end-to-end tests against the live site.

What I did

Migrated DNS and hosting, preserving URLs and SEO
Built an ACF-based editing model for non-technical updates
Added Playwright end-to-end tests and an accessibility pass
